How about this basketball related question:

Warren Buffet is giving away $1B to anyone who can correctly pick an entire NCAA bracket (for real). There is no cost to submit a bracket. Let's assume the limit of the number of free entries one can make is one billion. How many people would need to make one billion unique entries each such that every possible combination of games is made and thus a winner is assured?
A) 925
B) 9,250
C) 9,250,000
D) 9,250,000,000
