Actually, if you make some assumptions, you can better your chances of winning. For example, a #16 seed has never beaten a #1 seed, so making that assumption reduces the odds from 2 to the 63rd power to 2 to the 59th power. Also, a #14 and #15 seed (as well as the aforementioned #16 seed) have never made the Elite 8 (maybe not even the Sweet 16, not sure), hence another reduction if that assumption is made. Of course, assumptions are just that, an assumption, and just one wrong assumption can destroy the perfect score.
