An earlier article about AMD claimed that overall expenses (not sure what was included) were $250k/yr for DUV vs. $25k/yr for i-line.
I like your 2:1 ratio much better.

Couple more questions, if you have time to answer:

Another article (published in July) stated that delays for DUV shipments are 15 months. Assuming that initial problems with CYMER's lasers are solved, do you expect lower delays for i-line stepper than for DUV laser with the same throughput?

Also, could you venture any guess about the ratio for i-line vs. DUV steppers being ordered (for any applications you are familiar with, or for some typical 64m/ future 128 & 256 DRAM production lines).
