What are YOU afraid of, Ted? The Ukraine, a former Soviet state, is next to Russia, not the US. From what I've read, at least half the citizens in Crimea are Russians and WANT to be part of Russia. The polling I've read splits exactly 50/50.

As I've said before, it's a situation similar to our Civil War. We should stay OUT, continue sanctions and maybe Putin will settle for Crimea, with Sevastapol, a MAJOR Russian naval base.
