I'm sure it's already happening. If Putin would open up the vast expanses of fertile forested lands for 160 acre homesteading to American and Europeans immigration, I think millions would emigrate. Is Russia continues to turn back to their Christian roots, Russia would definitely become an attractive alternative to an America controlled by anti-Christ Jewish billionaire oligarchs.
