Oh get off that Romney/Soros strawman.

They are frauds in that they manipulated the tax code and system to their advantage with rules made by bought and paid for politicians. If their money isn't at risk, then their 2/20 should be taxed as ordinary income. I've advised VCs and we've discussed this. They know the system is rigged and will eventually get fixed but it is their duty to their families to take advantage of it as long as they can.

I'm talking about companies that hire people to build and sell things. The money they make in the US should be tax free or maybe some minor 5% rate and we tax those who get paid via stock, dividends and salary pretty much along the lines Obama has for us now. Strip the complexity out of the tax code so companies can put good minds into making money. We'll tax it when that money is paid or spent.

WRONG!

In my opinion wealth is created from the bottom up.
Wealth is created when someone figures out a way to offer a good or service at a profit to someone who is willing to pay for it be it a chicken for a medical exam or a quarter ounce of gold for an Iphone.

Quite often there is no demand until something is invented and people are educated.

Wealth, and society, are DESTROYED when unnatural forces corrupt this process.
