there's no doubt we're all frustrated but i haven't seen anything that has been posted here or any news to change my basic view of the company or the investment. i've got 3k at avg. about 9.25 so i'm down too.

Curious why you think PSIX is near it's potential low point? With 40 million shares out, PSIX has a a price of about $6, which gives it a market cap of about $240 million. Netcom, which is being acquired, has a market cap of about $23 x 11 million shares, or about $240 million. Netcom has higher revenues than PSIX, and was trading at around $12 before their acquisition was announced. Since PSIX is not being acquired, and they're losing money, what's to stop the share price from declining further?
