Congrats on your retirement. There at one time was a lot of talk about a coming labor shortage in the E&P industry due aging of the crew. What is your perspective on that?

Additionally, imagine how many people lost their billion $ yesterday. Trust me - losing the money is not a part of the pain. Hey - I think it was two years ago UC beat Texas to go to the Sweet 16. That was the peak of the Cronin era.

OT: there were upsets up and down the brackets yesterday -- but so many people fill out brackets, there's probably some dweeb somewhere who used a dart board to fill out their brackets and picked all the right upsets -- statistical outlier for sure, but the sheer number of people doing it almost guarantees somebody, somehow, somewhere got those right... sort of like the lotto in many ways.
