In the last four weeks, three (3) different officers have purchased over One Million (1,000,000) shares through exercise. Risky because my understanding is that if this does not turn out well, i.e., they can't sell the shares for more, they would still have serious tax consequences. Of course, one of the three officers is the CFO who holds a CPA. Therefore he likely understands the tax consequences and nevertheless has elected to take on this serious financial risk. What do these three gentlemen know?
