Oh, I saw Ari Melber on the cycle talking about how she is the only liberal left that fights for women's rights. That both Sotomayer and Kagen are to the right of Ginsberg. And so she should stay. She is 81 and is not in good health.

I think he is dead wrong. What we would gain from her staying pales in comparison to what we would lose if we get another RWer in there. As you will know!

I was very disappointed Obama did not nominate two young healthy super smart liberal women. Instead he chose to middle aged moderates that do not seem in top health. And Obama has not been packing the lower courts with liberals like Bush did with right wingers.

I do not understand that given the importance of the courts today with a non functional congress.

I saw Dahlia Lithwick an expert on the court say Obama did not believe in packing the court.

So his enigma continues to baffle me. The RW is fighting the ACA in the courts, and killing us in the coursts, the ones Obama has neglected according to Lithwick.

???

Ginsburg leaving won't help us.
