Appointing a younger, non-acvtivist, justice while we have a sane president would secure a seat on the court if the looneys succeed in getting another one in

Consider Jeb, perhaps beholden to folks like the Kochs and Adelson for purchasing the presidency for him

What sort of clown do you think they would want in there, along with Roberts, Scalia, Thomas and Alito

They have already shown, even currently constituted, a propensity to do things like decree Republican losers to the presidency and allow elections to be sold to the highest bidder

How much more destruction to the rule of law will be occasioned by another right wing political justice
