Dear George, the injunction that was granted to the VCC and that was recently extended is a an interim measure issued by the judge that will remain in force until he has had a chance to render a decision on the MERIT of the case on the 18th of Dec. Let's stop speculating about this court case guys. Court proceedings are open to the public there is no need to guess what is happening, we just need somebody in Vancouver to go to court on the 18th and give us a report. Any volunteers? Dettmer
