as this is an investment board, this statement is the only one that is halfway relevant. So what could the damages possibly be? What are the chances that Apple get a judgment that will have any material impact on shareholders? Can you quantify enormous?

Word has it today's settlement was $324M shared among 4 companies. Not trivial, but things could have been worse.
