and 95% of those countries rely on us for defense and don't spend a dime on their military, we stop defending them they stop giving universal health care to their people if they are still a free country pretty simple

They come here for treatment if it's serious. And most of their drugs are invented here. And their doctors were educated here. We are the health welfare state for all those universal health care countries.
