Why are you making this so complicated??? A person was brought to the ER for a stomach problem who was also a dialysis patient.... the doctors in the ER had the authority to admit if they thought he merited it. According to the daughter the guy progressively got worse and soon be came critical. THE DOCTORS IN THAT ER HAD THE AUTHORITY BUT APPARANTLY NOT THE COMMON SENSE TO ADMIT HIM CLAIMING THE 2 MIDNIGHT RULE PREVENTED IT... The doctors are clearly at fault caused by very bad judgement....... The daughter is an idiot....
