Bill,

I don't care how they phrase it, the much hyped GTE deal
turned out to be an apartment complex in Marina Del Ray
plain and simple. This stock is just gonna go lower
IMO. Also ADSL and the RBOC's just is not happening.

They will wait till they can make money and charge $50/mo per sub
before they deploy and that's far far away.

This reminds me of broadband.

Good Luck

Bill... Shooow me the MONEY! None of the deals so far disclosed have added anything significant to WSTL's bottom line. Show me an announcement that has a purchase order attached. Yes, they could be worth billions, IF these carriers actually start buying WSTL equipment. First we're told the announcements are delayed because carriers don't want to announce until they're ready to deploy... then they announce they will deploy at some point in the future and so on. Where are the three "signed" contracts Gary promised back in the summer? In the computer software industry this nonsense is called Vaporware. Remember, I'm long WSTL but Gary is losing credibility to the point where I'm thinking he should stay on "medical leave" for a long time.
