WHAT do you think of President Clinton's proposal to 'end voter registration fraud possibilities' by simply putting a photo and biometrics on everyone's Social Security card?

I mean, what the heck, if 'in person voter fraud' (as opposed to the computerized version or the absentee ballot version) is such a huge whomping 'problem' then why not just put the whammy on it with a clear, clean national standard??????????

(Unless maybe it *ain't* such a big whomping problem that is, and it's all just hokum trumped up to allow OTHER EFFECTS ON VOTING to be implemented.... LOL!)
