Those justices who voted FOR Citizens United and their SC confirmation votes: Kennedy - unanimous vote by Senate Dems Roberts - only 22 Dems opposed Alito - 10 Dems voted Yea despite a Dem controlled senate Scalia - unanimous Thomas- 9 Dems voted Yea despite a Dem controlled Senate The Dems are just as responsible as the Reps for voting these five into the SC. That is democracy. That is what YOU keep harping on.
