Just did. Locked yesterday. Down payment and closing costs payed for by IOM. :)

Still all cash here... just looking for a bottom. Truff, not sure the bond market will hold. Japanese will be selling into this rally big time. Good luck to all still weathering this storm.

I had locked in at 7-3/8%. Another week and I'd probably could've
gotten 7%...

Oh, well, on the bright side I sold my IOM at 33-1/4. (But I didn't sell
any RDUS which has gone down 50%!) I win one but lose two. Ain't
it always that way for me...
