Comment: never ever trap a dangerous animal in the same room as you, however Should other strategic competitors wish to engage such an animal, let them. Costly to try to stop people wishing to do what they wish to do. In the mean time, build lots and lots of big and bigger, accurate and more accurate, hypersonic and MIRV-ed rockets, and then build some more.
