You need that first generation. How would you accomplish that? I am being practical.

I do believe free community colleges could do a lot of good from the other end i.e. grown ups needing a second chance at an educaton.

But in any event we can do this pre school stuff now and how can getting poor kids in school earlier be bad?

You always come up with reason to not do stuff? And you have this right wing belief it seems that African Americans are lazy which really is insulting. They just need a friggen break.

Remember I wrote and developed three state wide programs in my life, exactly like I am advocating here.

I have done this sort of thing many times and sort of have an idea about what to do. I expect I have more experience and education than Riley. Besides, if he is a pub he must believe their BS, so he is starting with the wrong ideas to begin with.

My experiences are different than his. But then I know why no black person should be a pub, or gay person, or minority, or a woman, or a millenial.
