Hank,

re when will DELL take the plunge?

From one country boy to another:
"We done tole yew an' tole yew.... yore burro is nakid!!! An' Winter's comin' on."

Just this morning, I posted the numbers from Investor's Business Daily:

DELL Computer
EPS = 99 (Highest possible rating)
Relative strength = 97 (Only 2% are better)

In comparison, Intel Corp (INTC)is rated
EPS = 93
RS = 35

Translation: DELL is a strong company. In a weak market it is still a strong company. The only reason DELL is down at all is because the market as a whole is down. And the reason for the market being down (Asian Contagion) makes DELL a STRONGER, more compelling value.

So, in answer to your question, "When will Dell take the plunge?" -- Old Son, It already did.

regards, 3.
