Problems:

no job mobility so very few are even willing to leave a job they already have

4.5 million still not making payments

millions still underwater

millions more can't afford to buy

I'll bet the same thing I see here is happening all across the country. A good sized check of new listings are flippers selling stuff they bought in the last 3 years.

The jobs number is just a number, the question is what do those
jobs pay? Affordability exists for the the 1% the MC is being blown
