"He has every right to be a racist," at home. He doesn't have the right to be both a racist and an owner in a league which Charles Barkley correctly calls "a black league". You can only be both until you get caught. If there is a willingness to change and a few years in tolerance class, he now has a chance to become neither.

Not proposing any limits on his right to be a wealthy bigot

I do believe that one who occupies a key ownership position of influence in the NBA needs to adhere to an ethical standard that rejects demeaning any stakeholder, players or fans on the basis of their birth definition

And it is incumbent on the NBA itself, to self police its owner members, and assure that any such belief that gains public awareness results in rapid action to suspend and evict any member determined to have asserted such beliefs in a discriminatory manner, publicly or privately

I don't care if he whispered it to himself in a urinal, if this clown doesn't want Magic Johnson to come to his teams games because of Magic's race, he needs to be drummed out of the NBA, immediately if not sooner
