ATML usually don't preannounce until 1-2 weeks before the earning date. The earning will be out the second week of Jan. So there're lots of risk in this stock. I found out in the local news a few weeks ago that INTC was closing the flash memory fab down at Rio Rancho and relocating the personnel. AMD is cutting prices on flash also. Also, the insiders are selling at low 20 level, which means the stock could drop further. I expect the stock to drop to 10-15/sh. That might be a good entry point. Frank
