Is Martingale actually an existing strategy(-vbg-)
or is it just a huge bluff? Either way Fed could care
less since they've lost control.

People poo poo the Martindale strategy and they cite the math that a single coin toss can go either way and they don't want to talk about the probabilities of 10 heads in a row and what the probability is of such a streak and they say no, there is no probability associated with a string of coin tosses, it's individual probabilistic events. They are flat out wrong. You can't do this at the casino because of table limits, but in the stock market with the exception of options and futures contracts, there are no limits.
