Charles,

Zacks (real time) now says that institutions own 34% of the stock. ????? They also say insiders own 72% so other than math problems, what are they saying?

Charles,

I've stumbled across the May 1997 Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders in the Edgar. It shows Franklin as owning 15% of the company. 4,597,600 shrs. Looks like they sold enough shares so now they're no longer considered "Insiders" legally and can sell the rest without having to report to anyone. Sad times right now for CTYS.

Charles - thought you were around to remember it. The Mutual Series (6 Funds in all) have been holding CTYS for awhile (at least since last Spring.)

The only point of contention is the percentages. Evidently, the dilution is not accounted for - maybe b/c no new shrs has been issued as of the filing
