Charles, Zacks (real time) now says that institutions own 34% of the stock. ????? They also say insiders own 72% so other than math problems, what are they saying? Bruce

Charles, I've stumbled across the May 1997 Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders in the Edgar. It shows Franklin as owning 15% of the company. 4,597,600 shrs. Looks like they sold enough shares so now they're no longer considered "Insiders" legally and can sell the rest without having to report to anyone. Sad times right now for CTYS. Bruce
