Que-

One other factor that may be overlooked, but I still think is important, is the "value" (I hate to use the term this loosely) of the tax write-off on selling the warrant at a loss and repurchasing the common. Now that I/we/some have verified that wash sale does not apply, it only makes sense, especially if you have significant gains from other stocks.

I know I did calculations of this before that probably bored most here to tears, so I won't repeat it, but it would seem this is/could be a factor for some, and certainly is for me.

One other comment/question re: arbs and their role. It would on the face strike me that arbs and the like are more traders than investors. I'm not very comforted that arbs would be buying a 33% stake in my BNGO. Won't this create a lot of volatility in the first couple months after the call as arbs exit and the rest of us absorb a couple million shares? Or am I missing something.

Saw your post JTO. Nice to see you're around and posting. Hopefully when the call is over, we can all get back to some rational discussion. As a long-time observer/investor/contributor, I must also insist that this call NOT be extended and we get this done and over with. It's too late in the game for that and the legal repercutions, as I'm sure you've been advised, would be utterly horendous for the Company.

Off to Chicago for the weekend. Catch up with you all Sun. night.
