-- Funny you mention takeover. -- On the confer call, mngmt was very abrupt and unclear in this area. They said nothing about a poison pill or refusing to be bought out. Just that "we'd like to stay private" and not much else. -- Also, I think the delivery advantage Pfizer's drug has may not be that great. There's several outfits working on a replacement needle - used for diabetics now - but that could help takers of VVUS's product. Out.
