A couple of observations

<<<During 97, money spent, went into building infastructure for future growth>>> while I was against refreshing the options of the directors, I AM for refreshing the options of the folks in the trenches. That keeps them from looking for equity elsewhere. If this turnaround strategy is to work, DOCS needs people who know the product and the market.

<<<They seem to be happy selling one copy of DOCS to everyone and then waiting for it to spread throughout the corporation>>> This strategy may work for browsers but not for solving mission critical business problems.

<<<The product must be "best-of-breed" for this strategy to work>>> This product is not best of breed. DCTM garners that award (they also have the largest marketshare).

Mr. North: I assume you were at the same AGM I was at - I don't remember hearing anything about selling one copy of DOCS to everyone, and waiting for it to "spread". Can you elaborate on this?

If someone can comment on CyberDOCS2.0 it would be greatly appreciated. Is it really as good as Ruby says? Real user feedback would be appreciated by us non-techies!
