Canadians hold onto this myth that we have a better record of environmental stewardship. Fact is, we're always behind the Americans. The Americans pass a new EPA act and Environment Canada scrambles to catch up (or does nothing at all). Some past governments have tried to improve it, but more recently the Harper govt. is trying it's best to further ruin it.

That got banned down here in Washington State many, many years ago.

LOL! Get your facts straight. You need to charge up your Tesla toy and take a little trip up to Granite Falls. Clear cuts up the yang, all over the hillsides.

BTW, I don't like to see any cutting of old growth, either, but without tree farms, there ain't no lumber to be had.
