The answer to both your questions was presented.

Synthetic graphite with the right physical properties for different industries to use is expensive to manufacture. Most natural graphite deposits do not have end product properties that are good enough for industry at a mining and processing cost that are competitive for all industry applications. Some deposits appear to have end products that can be processed at a cost that beats the synthetic variety.

Once you understand that different graphites have differing physical properties and different industrial uses need different types, you will understand why your claims are not accurate.

Now that I have spent my time to enlighten you,...please give me a list of the graphite explorers that may have promising end product properties and cost comparisons.

Those threads I posted can educate you about this, if you care.
