Zeev:

I read an interesting article yesterday. It compared the current
Asian situation with many other "changing of the guards."

As you note, last night many of the Asian markets were down....
many but not all. HK was up. The Red Chips were up. The
Koreans are, IMO, deep doo-doo. Their economy is too concentrated
on a few sectors. The Indonesians must have really squandered their
oil riches to be in such sad shape.

To say the least, things could be better. But, looking ahead, I'm comfortable with a little piece of the largest civilized nation on earth that has untapped natural resources.

While this may be an unexpected pothole in the road, I haven't heard of any company abandoning their Asian plants. They still know where the next great economic boom will occur.

Regards,

Doug
