"This is the final conclusion , I came to after having done my DD through various sources, while Bulls BSed us."

This hints you have info that finally changed your mind from open to closed. Can you give us a hint at what finally slammed the door? I have seen no flat out negative statements, just lack of answers that have been lacking for some time, yet reports from the show seem positive. No negative news from the show.

Tokyo: you write, I also would like to see them make 24 million dollars in 1998. I also would like to see them make 300 million dollars in 5 years.

I believe everyone would like to see them make the above amounts.

Jim had given me the same gross sales figures as above. He did not indicate they would make that much.

Correction to Tokyo Mex:

>I also say that those still holding this stock should report it to the SEC...<

I agree that if you (or any investor) have been defrauded that you should report it. Not only are you entitled, but for the sake of the investing public, you are obligated to report the abuse.

However, I want to comment that, since NETZ is not a reporting company, that possibly you would have better luck with the NASD.

NASD is the largest self-regulatory organization for the securities industry in the world. Through NASD, we, the individual investors, have a strong advocate.

As investor's we must demand a "zero-tolerance" approach to fraud. While these smaller companies, such as NETZ, may provide significant growth potential for investors, sales of securities of these companies are also susceptible to abusive practices such as misrepresentations, manipulation, false price predictions, and phony guarantees against loss.

One of the most effective ways to help and protect individual investors is to provide them with information they need to make educated and sound investment decisions.

TM, would you please enlighten us to what particular, or cumulative, DD lead you to allege fraud against NETZ.

Thank you for your post, I rely on all information that I come across on all stocks that I own, or contemplate purchasing.

I for one am glad that you have done your DD ( due diligence or research ) for NETZ and have determined the issue R.I.P.. I also appreciate the other issues you raise in your other recent posts about NETZ. I think it's great to have you posting the negative side of the NETZ issues.

Why would all of this make someone who is investing in NETZ after doing their own DD happy? Well I guess its simple between you and the other sceptics of NETZ combined with the year end tax selling and the worriers of a future pink sheet listing I am getting my NETZ at near the lows for the year. Last Buy @ $ 0.23 on Friday 12/12/97.

Why am I buying?

Below are the companies that are involved with NETZ in one way or another all of these names were pulled from NETZ PR ( Press Releases ) since 9/2/97. The PRs are available as of this writing at: ( dljdirect.com ).

TravelFacts, Harmony Club Resorts, SandalsResorts International, and Carnival Airlines, MapQuest, the Christian Science Monitor, Honda, BMW, Prodigy, Adobe, IBM, 150 vendors which use its technology, Digital Equipment Corporation's subsidiary, Alta Vista, SimplyMagazine, Inc, AOL, AT&T, Cisco, E*Trade, Merrill Lynch, Jumbo, Smith Barney. WalMart, K-mart, CVS, Eckerd, Bellcore, an SAIC company, Kodak, United Airlines, Rodale Press, USA Today and other Fortune 500 companies.

I like the fact that this little known company is doing business in one way or another with some of the largest companies in the world. ( R.I.P. Hum.)

I also like their WWW site not to bad for a R.I.P. company.

echomedia.com

I also like their stock price chart at the moment looks real good for a bounce IMO.

chart2.bigcharts.com

I also like the fact they were at the Internet show this week in New York. I look forward to PR of any success they may have had in the very near future.

I also suspect that Bellcore may take out NETZ ( buy them ). Why? Seems simple to me. Bellcore would not have had a company with product that competes with its own in its booth. Bellcore would however invite a company to share it's booth if the company had complementary products to it's own or all new technology. Bellcore would be watching for customer interest and trying to figure the value of such products if it were to license or take out the company. Bellcore a recent acquisition its self has always been on the cutting edge of its business and NETZ could be a very good fit for them. ( R.I.P. Hum. )

I also like this statement from one of their recent PR.

"NETZ also expects to seek a full listing on either the American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ National Listing."

I also like the alumni on the board:

"NETZs current management includes alumni of DEC, Arthur Anderson and BMW."

I also like that the majority of the announcements or statements they have made in there PR of future activity have been realized in a timely fashion.

Ok now what I don't like.

I don't like the fact that more than a week has passed and this statement has not been fulfilled.

"NETZ said it expects to announce additions to the Boards of NETZ and echoMEDIA next week."

I don't like the fact that the company has chosen to not make public any audited financial statements to my knowledge.

I don't like if true the way some people claim to have been treated buy the company when inquiring for information.

I don't like the fact that the recent PR has had grammar and spelling mistakes.

I could imagine very good reasons for the delays in information, I can also imagine acceptable reasons for the other things listed above that I don't like. I will not speculate but will leave it to the readers of this post to develop there own.

With all the above said I am betting on the near term opportunities for the price of NETZ stock to appreciate substantially from it's current level of about $ 0.23.

Unless stated to the contrary all the above is just my opinion.

And I do hold NETZ stock again! I also have held the stock two other times recently. First time I bought at 0.27 and sold at 0.31 the second time I bought at .28 and sold at around 0.54. This time I am in at an average of about 0.26 as of this writing. I have no idea at what price I would sell my shares but . hey $ 5.00 sounds good! LOL

Good luck to ya!

Tokyo..........

"I declare R. I. P. NETZ"
"I also declare that I think this is a scam stock."
"I also say that those still holding this stock should report their
past press releases to SEC."
"I also ask those still flippantly pumping this dog lay a hand over
their heart and ask themselves what kind of people they are as they
look in to the mirror."

You base this on what?? Perhaps instead of telling all us NEWBIES
this. You should call Bellcore & explain the scam to them.
This would be YOUR post:

"FLIPPANTLY" pumping this dog........... with what facts?
How about "FLIPPANTLY" dumping on NETZ.....
Again I ask you.... A scam based on WHAT?
