Paul, re: "I think we can now begin to speak about a crash rather than a correction."

And Chicken Little said, in a squeaky voice, "The sky is falling, the sky is falling".

Hi Paul,

INTC and MSFT... ah, the happy couple.
Some serious questions re: In sickness and in health.
Clearly MSFT's price is in... well, intergalactic space may describe it.
Bill and Paul
However, I see INTC EPS growth more constrained in the years ahead.
Here's where the wintel couple part-

1. Ammo in the magazine- main product
INTC is practically out of ammo. High end P-II for servers and other multiple CPU machines is the final round. Home users will find MMX more then sufficient, and P-II for home NT in the future will
not be a $400 chip, rather a $200 one.
MSFT has NT for home users in the magazine.

2. Secondary products-
INTC in the boards, MSFT with Office. No match. MSFT's superior marketing power bring the phrase "resistance is futile" to mind.
INTC does prevail in the boards, but has to face more competition then MSFT does with Office.

3. Expansion-
MSFT- mass media, internet, satelites.
INTC - some investments in small leading edge companies in adjoining areas.

I do believe MSFT will have serious growth problems in two- three years, but IMO INTC is facing one digit growth right now.
