I like your ideas except I do not understand why retailers will go higher. Maybe the Depot's? Most retailers should go down after christmas shouldn't they. I like to pick them up in July or Aug and sell in December.<gg> I did some research on REITS and have not come up with one to buy. I own some REITS and was looking for some more. Do you have any names? Utilities could also be a good idea. One would need to find ones that are competitive and potential buy out's. Do you have any names here?

Are you doing any shorting? Bear market are a pain in the butt. I have to work to hard when shorting these stocks. I do not like the idea of infinite losses.<ggg>
