Bond yields are getting to low to park your
money there. People and funds have gotten
spoiled to big returns. Funds will put the
money back to the market and try to run
prices back up again. Eventually(not to far
of in the future) earnings will spook many
of these fund enough to put their money into bonds.
Rates on the 30 year will probably drop to 5 % by then.
Ofcourse we will probably be in a recession. JMHO.
Vinik tryed putting a good portion of the magellen
funds into bonds. Look what happened. People don't
put money in stock funds so they can invest in bonds.
By the way, did you here the guy on CNBC say there
is a shortag of treasuries.
