I believe they will just wait for more proxies to flow in. I received my proxy over a week ago now, but my brother just received his yesterday... and we both use the same broker!!! Somebody dropped the ball somewhere... It's only fair to give the shareholders a chance to vote... after all, they are the owners of the company.

Being that the employees will be allowed to buy shares of FIBR in their 401K's, I wonder what impact that will have on the stock being that there will be more demand for it on a regular basis (weekly or biweekly?) I'm assuming it will be purchased in the open market...

Good to hear the meeting went well!

I'm confused. My proxy said if I didn't vote it would be assumed I voted yes. Since I was voting yes across the board, I didn't bother to actually vote it. Didn't I vote yes? Does it matter that my shares are held in "street" name?
