Short term, quarter to quarter is just guessing for the most part. Some times I'll play the support and resistance to take profits or add shares but those are usually hit from ST stories changing. Long-term, I'll be interested to hear what Meg Whitman has to say re progress at future EPS growth. It is cheap on an EPS basis but the PEG sucks so the small dividend (under 2%) doesn't help much. They are still using a lot of cash flow to pay down the stupid debt (from a bad acquisition) so that hurts.
