Oysters? I LOVE those animals, having eaten them all over the world, fresh and alive on the half shell preferred, GOD is that stuff GOOD!

Escargot? Yes, but not out of the can, doesn't really matter how much garlic you poor all over them, that canny bi taste never goes away. Ever tried them fresh, just harvested??? I did a couple of times, at now defunct Stockholm restaurant Cattelin, the snails freshly collected from the park of Royal Castle Drottningholm, a must to visit when in Stockholm, also sports the oldest still operating (baroque) opera house in the world.
