To all:

<Excel has purchased something like 2.5 million shares of stock from the buy-back program. A good portion of that was from insiders - something like 2 million shares of it.>

Gosh. Rob S. you finally post something I have been preaching for the longest time, in that Mr. Kenny is going to take care of himself! He should have gone out on the open market and treated all shareholders the same instead of paying himself! Another very low life thing to do to share holders and a very good reason to go short the stinking company first thing Monday! Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention! If It goes to $10 I'll send you a new monoply set so you cam rob it's bank for some more play money! Sounds as though that is what Mr. Kenny is doing to you shareholders in ECI! Taking that good old cash in the bank and paying himself so it won't show up on the income statement as a big salary increase!

Before I go Rob S. or any other long out there could you please tell me why the company bought out the insiders and also tell me how this is bullish for ECI, for I know that you would have to have a reson to bring it up! I'm not sure I would have told that, as the preacher would say, if I were long in a company that did that!

Hank
P.S.-You should try reading a financial statement with a beer, that way you may not be blinded by the on coming train! Or at least you would have a more open mind instead of being a die hard ECI nut!
