I don't know really, no one knows except mprs and gtis themselves. I just know that investor sentiment is negative in the sector and GT's accounting, which some analysts consider aggressive, will keep a lid on the stock until resolved.

I bought GT because of the expected combination of MPRS product strength and GT's distribution prowess. My reason for owning ended when the merger was cancelled, i sold into the short covering. I'm out of the stock. I don't see much upside for now especially with the potential for a pre-paid royalty write off. This is a stock, not a religion. I can't think of a reason for it to go up anytime soon.

Bill,
I hate to say it but I think Buddy C. may be right. This company may run a fairly decent software distribution outfit but they are miserably ineffective where shareholders are concerned. Haven't had a more disappointing stock in a long time. My patience has run very thin. I am considering divesting of this dog altogether as it doesn't appear we have anyone from corporate on our side.
