Dwight,
I don't think Game Over is in the near future. What the company has been saying is that Wall Street (and GTECH) has based their attitudes on what Jerry refers to as "the previous business plan." He thinks that their new plan will save the company. IMHO, Wall Street hasn't ignored the new business plan, they just think the jury is still out (as with INNN :-)

With the financing and the building sale, I see them as having enough cash on hand to easily make it through 1Q 98. At that point, if internal cash flow isn't up to supporting the business, we could see a financial collapse. The internal cash flow has been improving (although their net cash position has been drastically hurt by the Put) and should continue so, as long as they don't lose many subscribers. This is a critical issue: you claim that your sources indicate that that business is contracting. I didn't see evidence of that in the last 10Q, nor did I see evidence of massive expansion.

btw,

Rich
