I was always opposed to Obama naming a Republican for Defense Secretary.

<<

These are the five worst offenders in GTMO, traded for an AWOL soldier, the search for whom disrupted the operations of thousands of military personnel and resulted in 14 soldiers' deaths.

Some might question the value in the trade other than to take five bad asses off our hands so Obama can fulfill a six year old campaign promise that turned out to be too big for him to keep and that he knows will work against the liberal candidate in the next election.

IOW, "politically motivated". Just like everything you bums do.

It is weak, embarrassing, and outrageous.

Inode, you know the Dems are in trouble when they have to dig up the actions of past GOP presidents to justify Obama's latest fiasco.

As for why Obama did what he did, I can't figure it out. What could Obama possibly gain by going out of his way to do this? Is this meant to be a distraction, and if so, for what?

Migosh, what is President Obama going to do next?...

Trade weapons to a terrorist nation for hostages just so he can have airports named after himself.
