The only thing I can figure is that he wants to close GTMO, but found it is far more difficult than he ever envisioned. So, he gets rid of the five worst of the worst, on the assumption he can get countries to take the rest of them. The man is a bull in a china shop, it looks to me like. Hell, Jeffrey TOOBIN was on CNN yesterday speaking to the fact that the action was blatantly illegal. When a liberal gets an admission like that from Toobin, he has definitely crossed the line. Not that anyone gives a damn at this point. I don't hear them bragging about Obama's credentials as a "constitutional law professor" these days...
