Inode, But his recent willingness to ignore the law through signing statements -- much worse than has ever been done in the past -- starts to raise the question of whether he is acting now not out of incompetence but out of some kind of personal affront to his responsibility as president. This is Obama's version of "my way or the highway." He's tired of working with Congress and working within the confines of checks and balances, so now he's just going to act unilaterally. Of course, he would absolutely object if some other president did it, but he's Obama, and he's come to do good, so naturally he should get a pass. This is the point where incompetence takes a dangerous turn. I wouldn't call it evil, but I would call it a dark path. Tenchusatsu
