BRUCE, THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY ..GOOD TO READ.
this business with the financials.tmmi can never move foward
or move up in price if no one in wall street knows if they
are solvent, losing money, making money, or just begging
for money. to me, to provide legitmate financials for
all to read and/or weep is necessary for the
company to be taken seriously.
we all love to bull on tmmi..
but, it it ever to be condidered other than as amusement, the
company, meaning echo must act like a grown up leader..
he must provide financials show sales or lack of sales, show
what they owe lenders and what is there.
really, other than pure gamblers who would invest money
into tmmi stock with what is not known..???
funny thing is, if the company is real it could be a viable stock,,
but, since we see sellers at three, two and down to one
cent tells me, they either paid nothing for the stock, and the
lollypops like us are all day suckers..
just my opinion..something stinks at tmmi and i got a
feeling its not a level playing field for investors..unless they
release financials and teel the truth .

"I'll also be asking them to confirm they plan to file quarterly financials to stay off the pink sheets, which should be a no-brainer decision for any legitimate publically held business at this point."

Bruce, if they refuse to file quarterly financials, will that change your view of tmmi's future? If so, that's a VERY IMPORTANT question. I'm awaiting your and their answers.
