I agree with you but decided to get out at 5. if it drops to 4 I will get in again...either way it will be a buy at 4. good Luck!!

agree with you completely

management gave the bank away at fire sale prices - wonder what kind of deal management got ??

seems the stock is fairly valued at around 5 or so if you compare it against banking industry averages - however one would have expected some premium to current value

in any case i thought the buyout would have been 6 or so and was ready to start kicking myself for selling until i saw what it was sold for - pretty much breakeven for me
