m, ot: others please don't read.------------------------------------- m, last night at gym they did an evaluaion of the fat content in my body. Unfair since i had a big luch and lots of sake. any way it was pretty high. they have this little tool which pinches parts of the body and he did some caluaions etc and told me i had lots fat espeically around where all women have them. I was quick to blame it on my kids (bearing children) etc. Anyway, I am more determined then ever to eat right and ofcourse keep up w. the exercise. i tell u i was more upset abut that then the market. My blood pressure was very low i.e. 106/95 ? He said i had a great heart ( i ofcourse, silently agreed that i had a great heart (G) ) he said i need to loose approx 20 lbs. and i intend to do that in 1yr. OK, SONNY, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO READ. I knew u would want to read what u r not supposed to....
