every reagan budget was dead on arrival, I remember the washington post head lines back then ": reagan summits another budget, Tip Oneil says DOA" and the post would laugh. the tip oneil and the dems TRIPLED entitlements to give Reagan increases in defense. you remember reagan wanted the line item veto back then ????? the dems voted it down your knowledge of history is very lacking, like bush and the WMDs, you know who George Tenet is ???
